Order Handling (2-7 Business Days)
Once your order is placed, we’ll begin processing it as soon as possible. This stage involves verifying your payment, preparing your items for shipment, and packaging them securely.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 9:00 PM AWST to ensure same-day processing. For example, if an order is placed on Monday at 10:00 PM AWST, it will be considered a Tuesday order.
- Orders: Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will also be processed as next business day orders. For example, if an order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order. We appreciate your understanding as we take a brief pause to ensure quality service.
Shipping (7-14 Days)
After your order is processed, it will be shipped out and typically arrives within 7 to 14 business days. We use reliable shipping partners to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
